Monthly Rent:

• We offer great Incentives to new residents, including $99 rent! Spaces are available!
• Lot rent is $248-253 per month for a singlewide or doublewide site. Utilities are in addition to rent.
• There is a $250 refundable security deposit required upon approval for residency and a $20 application fee.
• We do not rent mobile homes. We lease mobile home sites to mobile home owners. To move your home into Mountain Creek Community, your home must not be over 12 years old, must look nice, and your credit/background check must be approved.
